Complimentary Fitness Experience
This isn't your average consultation! In your complimentary fitness experience our in house "Fitness Matchmaker" will conduct measurements and body fat analysis as well as set monthly goals for you they listen closely to your goals and will pair you up with a Master trainer/Kinesiologist that best suits your goals and needs. You will also put you through a 20-30 minute one on one fitness session so you can see why LIFT is so different from the rest!

Athletic Therapy
Using exercise prescription, manual therapies, bracing, taping, exercise programs and the latest in equipment our athletic therapist will help achieve our clients goals of returning to usual activities in optimal physical condition. Our Athletic Therapist is experienced in the following;

* Acute and chronic injuries to muscles, bones and joints
* Pre- and post surgical patients, motor vehicle accidents

Active Rehab/ Kinesiology
Kinesiologists are trained movement experts! Exercise and movement are one of the best ways to heal faster, prevent injury and increase your overall feelings wellbeing. Kinesiologists provide exercise rehabilitation for all injuries including those sustained at work, at play and in motor vehicle accidents. ICBC has now approved 12 sessions with a registered Kinesiologist to help you recover faster from your injuries. Some extended health plans also provide coverage for Kinesiology services for athletic taping, functional movement screening and soft tissue release. We welcome you to the LIFT experience!

Personal Training
Our Trainers are some of the best trainers in Port Moody (Voted #1 three years in a row!) They are professionally trained, certified, and ready to lead you through workouts that support every aspect of your health and fitness goals. Nutrition planning, strength training, cardiovascular endurance and core stability give you results, and monthly measurements, weigh-ins, and body fat analysis let you track your progress as you go. If you’re looking for 1:1 support and guidance, our Personal Training is for you!
KEEPING THE ‘PERSONAL’ IN PERSONAL TRAINING
There’s no one-size-fits-all here! We know that the best type of workout is one you can stick with, so we combine your personal goals with the results of your MPR assessment to create a customized training program that will help you achieve new levels of energy and physical fitness, that you can maintain for life. Forever Young Class (50+)
If you love the inspiration, support, and sense of community you get from a group workout (or if you just need a little motivation to get yourself to the gym), then our Forever Young classes are for you! We welcome you to the LIFT experience!
High Performance Soccer Camp
This 4 Day camp will be to focus on Pre Game / Game day / Post game routines and preparation. On the 26th for the in house matchday, invitations will be sent to local university coaches to attend in person . The game will be recorded by VEO and sent to other remote university contacts. The footage will be available for you to use personally too .
During the camp players will receive Technical training daily from Coach Adam Day and physical strength and conditioning work with a LIFT FITNESS staff member. There will also be an additional daily learning block, introducing alternate performance enhancing strategies. The total number of participants will vary between 10-20 players and will be available to athletes, ranging from ages 15-18 (U16-U19) Boys.
Recommended for BCSPL and provincial players Camp Includes: *Daily on field technical, position specific training and group work *Team conditioning training including Strength and power, speed and agility and core and stabilization. ($600 value) *Meditation and mindset program *Prehab routine and Thera resistance LIFT FITNESS training band. ($250 value per team) "Daily nutrition snacks & take-home nutrition plan. ($99 value pp)
